How many infected with adenovirus?
On this day, a meeting was held to discuss the situation of Adenovirus in Nabanna. The chief secretary scrutinized the reports received from the health officers of all the districts. He said that so far a total of 10,999 people were infected with adeno in the state. The number of dead among them is 19.
13 people in this list had co-morbidities. The chief secretary also said that currently the incidence of adenovirus has come down a lot in the state. Earlier, where an average of 800 to 850 people were infected daily, now the number has come down to 500 to 600 per day.
