how to go Garchumuk?
Garchumuk is located 60 km from Kolkata. Any bus bound for Gadiara from Kolkata should get down at 58 gate stop. Walk past the Swiss Gate. You can go to Uluberia via Bombay Road with your own or rented car. Or take any train from Howrah to Uluberia station, from there by bus, car or trekker.

Nature at Garchumuk
The main attraction of Gardchumuk is the beautiful barrage called Atanna Gate. Besides, here you will see the confluence of Ganga and Damodar. Save the wonderful experience of boating on the river. For the little ones, there are Shishu Udyan, Deer Park, Damodar and Hooghly rivers, the beauty of irrigation canals is incomparable. You can visit Ganiara which is 22 km away from Garchumuk. A weekly market is held here on Sundays.
