Gwalior . The country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the first Vande Bharat Express train of MP, on Thursday evening, the Vande Bharat Express train met with an accident near Gwalior. Vande Bharat Express going from Nizamuddin towards Kamalapati station collided with a cow between Dabra and Gwalior. In this accident, the engine of Vande Bharat Express train was damaged. Technical staff repaired the engine by stopping Vande Bharat Express near Dabra station. Vande Bharat Express was dispatched towards Bhopal with a delay of about 15 minutes.
A cow came between Dabra-Simiriyatal station on the Gwalior-Bhopal track in front of Vande Bharat Express, a semi-high speed train going from Nizamuddin to Kamalapati. When the high speed Vande Bharat Express train collided with a cow, the front part of the engine of the train was damaged. Some part of the cow got stuck in the engine, due to which the bonnet of the train engine opened. After the accident, the Vande Bharat Express train was stopped near Dabra station, then the work of repairing its engine started.
After the accident, the Vande Bharat Express train was stopped under the overbridge before Dabra station. The running technical staff present in the train started the work of repairing the engine. Railway engineers took out the part of the cow stuck in the bonnet of the engine after about 15 minutes of effort and then repaired the engine. Somehow the bonnet of the engine was fitted. After getting OK from the safety team, the Vande Bharat Express train left for Bhopal from Dabra after about 20 minutes.
As soon as the news was received, the RPF police force also reached the spot. The train was stopped around 6:15 pm. Took 20 minutes to get it right. Vande Bharat Express was dispatched to Rani Kamlapati station (Bhopal) at 6.35 pm. Let us tell you that even before this, Vande Bharat Express has become a victim of train accident across the country.
